At Fenoss, customer satisfaction is our top priority. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help with a simple and hassle-free return process.


Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of being placed by contacting us at info@fenoss.com. Please include your order number to help us process your request as quickly as possible.

After the 24-hour cancellation window, we cannot guarantee that your order can be canceled, as it may already be processing for shipment.

Once an order has been shipped, it can no longer be canceled. However, you may request a return after delivery in accordance with this Refund & Return Policy.


30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in its original condition
  • Returned in the original packaging
  • Include all accessories, manuals, and tags (if applicable)

Our customer support team will guide you through every step of the return process.

Restocking Fee: None. Fenoss does not charge restocking fees.

Return Shipping Costs

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Fenoss will cover all return shipping costs if the item:

  • Arrives damaged
  • Contains a manufacturing defect
  • Is the incorrect item
  • Was damaged during shipping

Customers will receive either a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.

Customer Remorse (Change of Mind)

If you're returning an item because:

  • You ordered the wrong product
  • The item no longer fits your needs
  • You changed your mind
  • You no longer want the item

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

Please note that original shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.


How to Start a Return

Step 1 — Contact Us

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • Photos (if the item is damaged or defective)

Step 2 — Package Your Return

Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation.

Step 3 — Ship Your Return

Once your return request has been approved, we'll provide return instructions and the appropriate return address.


Refund Process

Once your returned item is received, our team will inspect it to confirm it meets our return requirements.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7 business days.

Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take several additional business days for the funds to appear in your account.


Exchanges

We gladly accept exchanges within our 30-day return period.

If you'd like to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact info@fenoss.com, and our customer support team will assist you with the process.


Lost or Undelivered Orders

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please contact us at info@fenoss.comwith your order number.

We'll investigate the shipment with the carrier. If your package is confirmed to be lost during transit, we'll gladly send a replacement or issue a full refund at no additional cost.


Non-Returnable Items

For health, hygiene, safety, or product-specific reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return.

Any non-returnable products will be clearly identified on the product page before purchase.

Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated Last Updated date. Continued use of our website after changes have been published constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
