Description

The mushroom silhouette here is built from three pure geometric forms, a cylinder, a cone and a hemisphere, stacked into a shape that reads as sculpture unlit and as soft ambient light once switched on. The metal shade directs light downward onto the surface beneath it, which makes this a bedside reader or a warm corner glow rather than a room's primary light source.

Two sizes cover most surfaces. The small measures 9.8 by 13.8 inches (25 x 35 cm) and takes a G9 bulb; the big measures 13.8 by 19.7 inches (35 x 50 cm) and takes an E14. Five finishes are offered, Bright Black, Bright White, Copper, Matte Black and Matte White, with body and shade matching in every colorway. Body and shade share the same finish in every option.

Setup takes seconds. The lamp is plug-in, with a 59.1-inch cord and an inline push-button switch, so there is no wiring and no electrician required. It runs on AC 110-240V and is certified for North America, the EU, Australia and Saudi Arabia. It is rated IP20 for indoor use only, so keep it out of bathrooms and other damp spaces. Bulbs are not included; a warm 2700-3000K LED is recommended.
