Mid-Century Copper Glass Chandelier – 3 or 5 Globe

The Marshmallow pairs hand-sprayed glass shades with a lustrous metal frame. Each 7.1-inch shade is sprayed individually, so small shifts in hue between pieces are part of the finish rather than a fault. The 3-light version measures 18.1 inches across and the 5-light spans 26.4 inches, both 13.4 inches tall, in copper or chrome with cream, pink, white or orange glass.

Three suspension rods are included, at 3.9, 7.9 and 11.8 inches, so the drop can be set to suit the ceiling; longer custom lengths are made to order. The sockets are standard E26, taking LED, Edison or any E26/E27 bulb, which are not supplied. Dimming works with any dimmable E26 bulb on a dimmer switch rated for that bulb type.

The fixture hardwires to a ceiling junction box and runs on AC 110-240V, so a licensed electrician should handle installation. A custom canopy can be made for sloped or vaulted ceilings. It suits dining rooms, bedrooms, living rooms and entryways, where a focal overhead fixture adds warmth and colour against neutral or mid-tone decor. The 3-light suits a smaller table or a bedroom, while the 5-light has the spread for a full dining setting. Shade colour does most of the work here, so choose it against the room's existing palette rather than the frame.
